Here’s a few reasons why I think Sam and Mike had an awesome wedding…

The got married in April and it almost snowed. The sun didn’t shine but nobody cared. I don’t know much about wedding dresses and stuff, but Sam had an awesome look right? I don’t know much about bridesmaids dresses, but these also look damn cool right? They had an ice cream VW camper van. Their guests got drunk on gin & tonic ice cream from the VW camper van. Their head table was called Lady and the Tramp. The Grand Parents kicked off the photo booth. I got to use a brand new camera..

My friends are now married. It took 12 years, but they got there. They like to sing too…

Karl and Lucy live in Brighton but chose Iscoyd Park in Shropshire for their wedding. Apparently its technically in North Wales, but hey. Once again, March proved to be a good month for a sunshine wedding…

Here we go folks, 2012 season is go! From here onwards I’ve got at least 1 wedding every week right through to October, sooo looking forward to what’s coming up. I’m changing things up with my blog posts for this season, basically I’m going to blog less (but still blog all my weddings and engagement shoots). So, to kick things off this year is Sarah and Evan’s wedding at Walton Hall in Warwickshire

We did this trip to tick two things off my bucket list, drive through the American desert in a Mustang, and have photos by the legend that is Jeff Newsom. It might seem nuts doing this given that Nicola is 29 weeks pregnant, but we booked this 2 days before finding out and I’m so glad it worked out that way, otherwise my bucket list would still be a bit longer. We spent time in Los Angeles, drove up the California coast to San Luis Obispo, made a bunch of wall art with Jeff, and then drove across the desert to Las Vegas. It was the coolest of experiences I must say. Now I’m ready for weddings every week through to October.
