Autumn wedding in Yorkshire
Gemma and Kevin had a beautiful Autumn wedding in Yorkshire. Gemma had her vintage yellow bridesmaids dresses made from old curtains to go with beautiful autumnal flowers from Sheffield florist Swallows and Damsons. When Kevin met Gemma, he promised her that if they ever got married, he would buy her the vintage blue VW Beetle she always wanted. Fast forward several years, to their wedding day, and that VW Beetle was waiting outside Gemma’s house on the morning of the wedding. I thought that was a bloody good wedding gift, however I’d say Gemma went on to top her husband’s gift. Kevin you see, is a keen photographer. After their Church ceremony, they had a drinks party at Barnsley Civic Centre, who had a photography show on at the time. When they arrived, Kevin discovered the ‘Cooper Gallery’, a gallery created by Gemma showcasing his photographs to the public. It was pretty special to watch unfold. Later they went on to party at Oakwell Hall in Birstall. Gemma looked amazing in her dress, custom made for her by her designer boss Marios Schwab. Sadly, Gemma’s Dad had been ill around the time of the wedding, and they cut short the honeymoon of a lifetime in Antartica to be with him. Unfortunately he passed away when they returned, this gallery is dedicated to Ian Garnham.
